Three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath—no shared bathrooms, no negotiating the morning schedule. The Primary Suite faces the ocean with a king bed and a bath guests describe as a destination in itself: a Romeo and Juliet double shower encased in rare sodalite stone. The chef's kitchen is anchored by a 48″ Wolf range with griddle, stocked down to the spices and a Wolf coffee maker with a built-in scale. The dining table seats eight; four more at the island means the whole group can linger over a meal together.
One thousand square feet of front deck runs the full width of the house—Adirondack chairs, a propane firepit, a gas grill, and during whale migration season, gray whale spouts visible right from your seat. Just across Highway 1, a steep path leads down to Carmet Beach, where the tidepools come alive at low tide: starfish, anemones, and sea creatures in abundance. The private hot tub sits in a fenced backyard under open sky.
The separate rec room—pool table, Pac-Man arcade, its own entrance—gives the group a domain of their own without disturbing the rest of the house.
